[IGSMAIL-8674] igs20_2408: Update including 7 new receiver antenna calibrations

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2408.atx'. It contains the following change:


  *   7 new antenna calibrations (note that two calibrations have already been announced in the release 2405 but not added):

EML_REACH_RS4   NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
EML_REACH_RS4P  NONE (identical in construction as EML_REACH_RS4   NONE, copied without verification)
GNNMACH2        NONE (identical in construction as TNVT5           NONE, copied without verification)
GNNMACH3        NONE (identical in construction as TNVT10PRO       NONE, copied without verification)
HEMA65          NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
STHALPS1        NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH, announced in update 2405 but not added)
STHALPS2        NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH, announced in update 2405 but not added)
