I would like to bring to your attention to the upcoming ESA YGT programme 
for 2021. Opportunities are open until 1 March 2021 and are available in 
engineering, science, IT, business and administration services.

Among the opportunities there are several ones in the GNSS field:

Galileo System Engineering (12111)
Galileo Support to Safety of Life (SoL) System Engineering (12125)
GNSS Receiver Technology for Earth Observation Satellites (12069)
GNSS Evolutions Satellite Navigation R&D Engineering (12117)
