[IGSMAIL-8029] FUNC00PRT station-East component

Dear Colleagus

Due to a storm in 23 may 2020 a cable, in the antenna structure, was broken this affected the repeatability  of the East component.
The cable was restored in 14 october2020.

The log file have been updated
