[IGSMAIL-7987] Delay in IGS rapid products week 2129 dow 4 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a few hours of delay in the IGS rapid combinations for week 2129, dow 4. The problem was due to an error in downloading data from the global data centres. I have now fixed the issue, and submitted the delayed products.
