[IGSMAIL-7988] igs14_2131.atx. Update including new GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite G077

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.

The new release is called 'igs14_2131.atx'. It contains the following changes:





1) According to CGSIC Bulletin: GPS Launch GPSIII-04: SVN-77/PRN-14, the GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite G077 will be transmitting using PRN 14.  Therefore, the following satellite has been added to the igs14.atx:

   G14 (G077): 5. November 2020

  2) According to CODE the satellite G041 stopped transmitting in July.
     The following decommission date has been added:

     G14 (G041): 27. July 2020



3) Four additional antenna type calibrations have been added that where performed by Geo++ GmbH:

   - One robot calibration provided by ComNav Technology Ltd.:
     CNTAT600        CNTS


   - One robot calibration provided by Shanghai HighGain Information Technology Corp., Ltd:
     HGGCYH8372      HGGS

   - One robot calibration provided by Leica Geosystems AG:
     LEIFLX100       NONE

   - One robot calibration provided by Tallysman Wireless:
     TWIVSP6037L     NONE
