[IGSMAIL-7963] Reminder: IGS Strategic Planning Survey

Dear colleagues,



Hope you are healthy and well.



The IGS is in the process of creating their 2021 Strategic Plan, part of
which includes asking the GNSS/Geodesy community for their inputs. As
such,  we have released the IGS Strategic Planning Survey on our new
website. This is important because the result of the survey really pushes
forward changes in the organization that may impact science, products,
inclusion/representation and others.
