Dear IGS Community Member,

The IGS Governing Board engages in a strategic planning revision process
approximately every four years in order to be as responsive as possible to
the needs of our members, contributing organizations, and greater
community. Some of you have already participated in this process by
attending open Associate Member strategic planning dialogue sessions held
during the 2019 EGU meeting in Vienna, as well as our December Associate
Member meeting at AGU 2019.

Since we are unable to meet again in person for the foreseeable future, and
to ensure all community members have a voice in the IGS Strategic Planning
process, *we invite you to participate in our 2021 Strategic Planning

*We appreciate you providing your response by Friday, 21 August;* this will
ensure your important feedback is included in the report to the upcoming
56th Governing Board meeting, taking place virtually on 25 August.
