[IGSMAIL-7964] igs14_2118.atx including one reactivated GLONASS-M satellite R735/R22

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.

The new release is called 'igs14_2118.atx'. It contains the following changes:





1) According to NAGU  205-200811, GLONASS  satellite 735 will resume transmitting utilizing slot number 22.

According to CODE the satellite started transmitting on 13. August 2020. Therefore, the following satellite has been added to the igs14.atx:

  R22 (735): 23 August 2020

2) The following decommission date has been added:

    R22 (731): 24. June 2020



3) Two additional antenna type calibrations have been added that where performed by Geo++ GmbH:

  - One robot calibration provided by Suzhou FOIF Co., LTD:

    FOIA90          NONE

  - One robot calibration provided by Hemisphere GNSS

    HEMS631         NONE



Please note that the file uploaded today morning had a mistake. The file has been re-uploaded and is now correct (Aug 14 14:06).
