[IGSMAIL-7851] Delay in submission of IGS Rapid 2079-0 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was approximately a 3.5 hour delay in the submission of the IGS rapid products for GPS week 2079, DoW 0. For some unknown reason the combination of the product was delayed, I'm still currently investigating as to why this might have happened.
