[IGSMAIL-7829] Maintenance of computer system at the University of Bern

Dear colleagues,

starting with next week the rooms hosting the central computer system of 
the University of Bern will be modernized to allow for more computing 
power in future. Until mid of November there will only be a reduced 
computing capacity and partly longer complete outage of the system.

We, at the CODE analysis center, are typically using the central 
computer system of the University for our operational processing for the 
IGS, EPN, and other research activities.

We have established a replacement system at our facilities. We try our 
best, that nobody outside from our institute will recognize anything 
from this change of the computer resources. Otherwise we apologize for 
inconvenience a potential outage of some service may cause.
