Dear Colleagues,
during the Galileo Science Colloquium last week it was suggested to me by
two colleagues
to advertise our Springer book on Space Geodesy via IGS Mail/Canspace that
I presented during our talk at the conference.
This book was published by SpringerNature last year, we did not really
advertise it, but so far has received more than 12 000 hits on Springer:
https://www.springer.com/gp/book/9783319768724
Springer offered a token for hardcover & ebook:
5SQzN5RRT2fFCYD
The book has 537 pages and is based on about 100 conference talks with
Prof. Rothacher and about 15 papers,
covering our work in all three parts of space geodesy, and is an extended
version of my PhD thesis from some time ago.
I am grateful for the review and improvements of the book done by Prof.
Rothacher and the gravity part was read by Prof. Rummel.
Here is the table of content:
1. The First Geometric POD of LEO Satellites—A Piece of History
2. Reference Frame from the Combination of a LEO Satellite with GPS
Constellation and Ground Network of GPS Stations
