[IGSMAIL-7289] gfzrnx-1.04-6582 released

Dear IGS Colleagues,

we would like to anounce the next release version of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3 
toolbox (gfzrnx-1.04-6582).

Due to user feedback we have fixed some bugs and added some enhancements.
Please see the changelog.txt for details.

We strongly recommend this update to be fully compliant with the BDS B1 RINEX 
3.03 obs. types representation.
