Dear Colleagues,

The group Satellite Geodesy of the Astronomical Institute of the
University of Bern (AIUB) offers a

*RESEARCH ASSISTANT*

The position is embedded in the frame of the Center for Orbit 
Determination in Europe (CODE) that is hosted at AIUB. It is related to 
activities related to the International GNSS Service (IGS) with a focus 
on CODE’s contribution to the multi-GNSS Extension (MGEX) and related 
research topics.

Apart from general tasks to support the regular product generation in 
the CODE analysis center of the IGS, the activities will focus on the 
multi-GNSS processing capability at CODE. This includes the 
responsibility for the regular maintenance and generation of the MGEX 
solution computed at AIUB. The further development and improvement of 
the related procedure, algorithms, and modelling is a challenging task 
for research and the implementation of the results into the operational 
processing scheme. He/she will be involved in related projects as well.
