[IGSMAIL-7286] Server outage at IGN premises - Apr. 08th 2016

Dear colleagues,

A sever outage is planned at IGN premises in Saint-Mandé on Apr. 08th at 
4:00pm.

The IGN GDC will not be available at all (for data delivery, deposit and 
Ntrip) during that time until the servers' restart wich will be held the 
same day in the afternoon.

Our NtripCaster rgp-ip.ign.fr will be stopped, affecting the following 
stations stream : ABMF, AJAC, BRST, GRAC, GRAS, KOUG, LMMF, LROC, MARS, 
OPMT, REUN and TLSE.
Our data centers rgpdata.ign.fr and igs.ign.fr will be also unavailable.
However, the server igsdepot.ign.fr will remain available during the outage.

All services should resume at the latest on Apr. 10th in the day .

The IGN GDC installed at IGN school premises at Marne-la-Vallée will 
remain available during this break such as igs.ensg.eu for data delivery 
and igsdepot.ensg.eu for data push.
Our secundary data center rgpdata.ensg.eu will continue working also, 
ensuring the availability of the service.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage will cause.
