We observed a repositioning event with respect to PRN03/SVN69 on:

IGS analysis summary for GPS week 1820.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
     33.2 mm/sec (radial)
  -1465.6 mm/sec (along track)
    -12.2 mm/sec (out of plane)
