Typical duties include but are not limited to:

*Production and data analysis – Perform all phases of the NGS orbit
  determination system for the generation of daily Rapid Global
  Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) orbits and weekly Final GNSS
  orbits in direct support of the National Spatial Reference System
  (NSRS) development of Global Reference Frame models, and a software
  suite for transforming between Reference Frames (Horizontal Time
  Dependent Positioning).

*Providing and performing metadata analysis for the NGS orbital
  products, mitigating or avoiding problems before they occur.

*Software maintenance, development, testing, debugging, and refining
  NGS software to improve NGS GNSS Orbit Products and Services.

*Teamwork, Coordination and Technology Transfer by providing technical
  expertise and advice within the agency and to other Federal agencies
  in the area of GNSS and satellite positioning techniques.
