[IGSMAIL-6954] IGN server outage today!

Maintenance work on the general power supply of IGN-ENSGis scheduled 
from Friday 8 August, 9:00 UTC (now!) to
Monday 11 August 08:00 UTC. The IGN Global Data Center igs.ensg.ign.fror 
igs.ensg.eu will be switched off during this time.

The IGN GDC installed at IGN head-quarters is running continuously and 
will remain normally available during this break at igs.ign.fr for data 
delivery, ensuring the availability of the service.

We apologize for the late announcement and for the inconvenience this 
may cause.
