[IGSMAIL-6953] igs08_1804.atx: Update including Block IIF satellite G068 and GLONASS-M satellite R755

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1804.atx'. It contains the 
following changes:

1) The seventh Block IIF satellite launched on 2 August 2014 was added:

G09 (G068)

The following PRELIMINARY phase center offset (PCO) values were assigned:

PCO_X =  39.4 cm
PCO_Y =   0.0 cm
PCO_Z = 160.0 cm

2) A GLONASS-M satellite launched on 14 June 2014 was added with a 
preliminary z-offset value of 245 cm:

4) One robot calibration provided by Geo++ GmbH was added:

AERAT1675_120   SPKE

This antenna type is installed at the proposed EPN station YLDZ in Turkey.

The exact date of the switch from R725 to R755 is not clear yet and 
could be changed later on. According to the Information-Analytical 
Centre, R755 should already be active:
