[IGSMAIL-6955] igs08_1805.atx: Corrected date of the switch from R725 to R755

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1805.atx'. It contains the 
following changes:

1) Analyses of IGS tracking data have shown that GLONASS-M satellite 
R725 (R21) stopped transmitting on 1 August 2014, whereas GLONASS-M 
satellite R755 (R21) is already active since 2 August 2014. Therefore, 
the following dates were corrected:

R21/R725 (VALID UNTIL): 3 August 2014 --> 1 August 2014
R21/R755 (VALID FROM) : 4 August 2014 --> 2 August 2014

2) One additional robot calibration:

LEIGG03         NONE

According to Leica Geosystems AG, LEIGG03 and LEIGS08PLUS are identical 
in construction. Therefore, calibration values were copied from 
"LEIGS08PLUS     NONE".
