[IGSMAIL-6816] Moving Linux-Cluster

Dear colleagues,

the computer department of the University of Bern will move the hardware 
for the Linux-Cluster to an new building by the end of August. The 
system will not be available from August 19th onwards. They expect to be 
back in the first week of September.

We are using this Linux-Cluster for our regular product generation for 
the IGS, EPN and in the frame of other projects. To bridge the outage we 
have established a replacement system and hope that we can provide you 
will all products from this environment in time. We apologize if 
something does not went smoothly trough this period.
