[IGSMAIL-6817] Possible intermittent network problems at CDDIS -- August 20, 2013

The computer room housing the CDDIS servers will undergo work on
power supplies on August 20, 2013 from 09:00-15:00 (EDT). It is
possible that the network connections for CDDIS may experience 
brief outages during this time while equipment is switched between
power supplies in order maintain power during the work. We apologize 
for any difficulties the work may cause the user community.
