[IGSMAIL-6727] Reminder for IGS Technical Reports 2012: less than one week to the deadline

Dear colleagues,

this is just to remind you that the deadline for the submission of IGS
Technical Reports 2012 is

*31 January 2013*

which is less than one week from now!!

We have received no contribution so far but we know that some groups
are preparing their reports.

However, we ask you to submit our contribution *IN TIME* because we cannot
wait for delayed reports too long if we want to publish the report by the end 
of March or before EGU at latest.
