Please note that, following the successful lauch on Sunday,
this general NANU message was issued:

*** GENERAL MESSAGE TO ALL GPS USERS ***
GPS Satellite SVN47 (PRN22) was launched on JDay 355 (21 Dec 03).
A USABINIT NANU will be sent when the satellite is set active to
service.

The former PRN22 (SVN22) was decommissioned on 06 Aug 2003.
According to press releases, SVN47 features a redesigned
solar panel which will provide increased power.


(P.S.  Fortunately, apparent router/DNS problems at France
Telecom have finally been fixed.)
