Dear Colleagues,

As of 2003-12-30T18:07Z (DOY 364) QAQ1 recovered data submission after a 
new antenna had been mounted. A new sitelog has been sent to the igscb.

The latency in recovering this station was caused by incidents beyond our 
control.
