[Workshop] IGS Workshop registration

Dear Jianghui, dear colelagues,

thanks for letting me know! Unfortunately, I'm still experiencing trouble.

The first pitfall I encountered originates from the IGS entry page.
When clicking the workshop banner on "http://www.igs.org/", I'm 
forwarded to "http://igsworkshop2018.gnsswhu.cn/". This is again the 
insecure website version and should be shut down quickly! The correct 
link would be "https://igsworkshop2018.gnsswhu.cn/".

The second problem relates to credit card payments. In the registration 
process two forms with credit card details showed up, the first one on 
the IGS server, the second at paypal. Only the first asked for the 
security code, but the second asked for the billing address (with 
obsolete telephone number and state as mandatory!! item). I'm not sure 
why credit card details are requested twice and I'm not sure whether the 
<billing> address is my institute's address (that will ultimately pay 
the registration fee) or my private address (on which my credit card is 
registered). In any case, I received an error message that a problem was 
encountered and my payment was not accepted. I have no Idea, to what 
extent my registration was processed and whether registration credit 
card details have been retained from the first web page (e.g. for hotel 
booking).

Please advise how I should proceed!
