[Workshop] IGS Workshop registration

Jianghui,

I noted that the registration page is now an https://, but I receive 
error message from my browser (Firefox) that the age is improperly 
configured and the browser therefore refuses to establish a connection.

Possible reasons for this situation include an invalid certificate or 
too weak encryption.
