[Workshop] IGS Workshop registration

Dear Jianghui,

I started my registration for the IGS Workshop today at 
http://igsworkshop2018.gnsswhu.cn/index/register.do, but finally noted 
that the "Payment Processing" form is based on an unsecure/unencrypted 
http web page. You will certainly understand that I can't disclose 
credit card details in this way (and I assume many other participants 
will share my concerns). Can you implement a secure (https://) form or 
offer alternative means to collect my payment details?
