[Workshop] Extra items for registration form

I would suggest a simplification of the authorization to assure we protect
and advise the attendee without additional considerable overhead for LOC and
IGSCB.  The below may have a lot of over head with the estimated 600
registrants (as shared by Jianghui in a previous GB meeting.) from wuhan
side alone and having a name solely would not be enough to adhere to the
below in many scenarios.

Policy should be at the organizational level so we protect the attendees
with little or no effort by them.
* Images/videos may not be enforceable as it is an public event and anyone
can post on social media with the hashtag which will violate the agreements
below potentially placing liability on the IGS.
> * Bringing this to the attention to the attendees a reference should be added
> to the IGS  privacy statement.
* We should protect attendees data and should by default not provide contact
information to them however sponsors should have the right to request
contact information from interested party at the event as this is typical
industry conduct.
* A reference to the IGS Privacy policy should be provided as the suggested:
> * I agree (check mark box) making that a hyperlink to the IGS Privacy policy.
> Which includes an removal option.

Following the request of the Governing Board after the Paris workshop and in
keeping with the IGS Privacy Policy, could you please add the following
required questions to the bottom of the workshop registration form?

"I allow the IGS 2018 Workshop Local Organizing Committee to place my name
and organization on an official, publicly-available workshop participant
list"  (Yes or No)
"I allow the IGS 2018 Workshop Local Organizing Committee to provide my
email address and other contact information to workshop sponsors and other
interested parties" (Yes or No)
"I allow the IGS Central Bureau to use close-up images and/or video of
myself for promotional and other purposes, in accordance with the IGS
Privacy Policy <https://kb.igs.org/hc/en-us/articles/360004197192> " (Yes or
No)

This will ensure that we respect the privacy of our community members, and
comply with the IGS Privacy Policy:

Also, please note that on the workshop homepage, the word "organizers"
accidentally has an extra letter "n."

I attempted to submit a test registration this morning, but encountered an
error message transitioning from the fourth section of the registration form
to a confirmation. Can you tell me when you plan to formally announce that
registration and abstract submission is open?
