The below may have a lot of over head with the estimated 600 registrants (as shared by Jianghui in a previous GB meeting.) from wuhan side alone and having a name solely would not be enough to adhere to the below in many scenarios.</div><div><br></div><div>Policy should be at the organizational level so we protect the attendees with little or no effort by them.</div><ul><li>Images/videos may not be enforceable as it is an public event and anyone can post on social media with the hashtag which will violate the agreements below potentially placing liability on the IGS.</li><ul><li>Bringing this to the attention to the attendees a reference should be added to the IGS privacy statement.</li></ul><li>We should protect attendees data and should by default not provide contact information to them however sponsors should have the right to request contact information from interested party at the event as this is typical industry conduct.</li><li>A reference to the IGS Privacy policy should be provided as the suggested:</li><ul><li>I agree (check mark box) making that a hyperlink to the IGS Privacy policy.
