[Workshop] Wuhan Workshop Registration [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Hello Michael,
Sure it can be added but it’s not only an abstract submission but also
poster and plenary submission tool. So I’d recommend "Workshop 2018
Document Submission” which aligns also what the wuhan web page header
“submissions". Let me know if that works.
It’s ready to go if all the changes are finalized.
Please verify - https://connect.igs.org/workshop-2018

Subject: RE: Wuhan Workshop Registration [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]
Hi Gaurav, Jianghui,
@ Gaurav, Would it be possible to add the title Abstract Submission for IGS
workshop 2018 on this page: https://connect.igs.org/workshop-2018 ?
Is this ready to go live?
Just a couple of errors on the IGS workshop web page:
When I click the VISA request link on
http://igsworkshop2018.gnsswhu.cn/index you are actually directed to the
schedule for the IGS workshop.
When I click on the schedule image you are directed to the WUHAN Visa Letter
request page.
Would you be able to add a link from the
http://igsworkshop2018.gnsswhu.cn/index to the abstract submission page?
Mike

Dear Gaurav,
We have just confirmed that Axel will chair the Real-time session along with
Qile Zhao. Could you add his name to the abstract submission system. His
email is axel.ruelke at bkg.bund.de <http://bkg.bund.de>
Cheers,
Jianghui

We have no problem on this. Please note that we also have Early Bird rate.
Detail below. One issue is that there may be cancellations of registration
and we need to fully refund them if this cancellation occurs before Aug.
29th, two months before the workshop. So you may need to return the
registration fee (full or not?) before transferring the money to us.
If the last money transfer from UNAVCO to Wuhan is between October 24 and
28, this should not be a problem.
OK. We ask the registrants to submit their cancellation request before Aug.
29. Then there will be no hurry on this refunding.

I think the receipt should be to the IGS since you are collecting the
registration fee for international attendees.
We just checked the PayPal webpage you designed for us. We think a better
way is that we send the registrant's ID and his/her total payment to you,
and then you charge him/her for that payment directly without building
independent "Add to Cart" options. After that, you can send us back a signal
to tell if the payment is successful or not. We mean that we can handle all
the payment options on our side, and you deal with the PayPal charge only.
The return url is

<http://igsworkshop2018.gnsswhu.cn/index/getMessage.do?msg=20170001>
registrant id,0/1
The registrant id is a number we sent you. "0" means failure to pay and "1"
means suceessful payment.

Once for all payment will be fine for us. Thanks.
