[IGSSTATION-9158] HAL1 Haleakala - outage, severe weather event

Please be advised:

The site remains without commercial power or access to the summit.  Winds today are expected to reach 80mph; waiting on updates from power provider. Local staff is hoping to be able evaluate site conditions tomorrow.

Some, or all of the HAL1 GNSS data may be recoverable, depending on the power outage duration.
