[IGSSTATION-9017] KIR000SWE: Station offline

Dear colleagues,

The station KIR000SWE is offline since yesterday 2025-08-03 due to equipment failure, we suspect the receiver was damaged by lightning. We will replace the broken equipment as soon as possible, most likely either by the end of this week or the start of next week.
