[IGSSTATION-8997] ISPA00CHL: resume publication

Dear Colleagues,

After a prolonged interruption, data collection from the IGS site ISPA00CHL has recommenced. As of June 27, 2025, RINEX3 data files are once again being published and made available to the community.

For details on the maintenance activities and updates performed at the site, please refer to the updated site log, which has been submitted to the CB for publication.
