[IGSSTATION-8995] KIR800SWE: Antenna replaced

Dear colleagues,

Today the antenna on station KIR800SWE has been replaced. The new antenna is a TPSCR.G5 equipped with a TPSH radome, as well as a heating device attached to the underside of the antenna to remove snow off the radome.

An updated sitelog have been submitted to M3G.
