[IGSSTATION-8726] POLV00UKR: firmware upgraded

Dear colleagues,

On 22-JAN-2024 08:37 UTC the LEICA GR50 receiver firmware on the station POLV00UKR (Poltava, Ukraine) was changed from version 4.31/7.403 to version 4.70/7.813.

The POLV00UKR sitelog was updated via the SLM service.
