[IGSSTATION-8725] MIKL00UKR: firmware upgraded

Dear colleagues,

On 19-JAN-2024 13:30 UTC the LEICA GR50 receiver firmware on the station MIKL00UKR (Mykolaiv, Ukraine) was changed from the version 4.60/7.811 to the version 4.70/7.813.

The MIKL00UKR site log was updated via the SLM service.
