[IGSSTATION-8672] QIKI00CAN: Damaged antenna

Dear Colleagues,

The antenna at station QIKI00CAN is damaged and tracking performance has been steadily degrading since the middle of June 2023.  We have stopped submitting QIKI00CAN data to the IGS Data Centers until we can resolve this issue.
