[IGSSTATION-8670] Missing data ONSA00SWE, ONS100SWE

Dear colleagues

During the weekend there was a power outage for the receivers at ONSA00SWE and ONS100SWE. 
Data from DOY 238 8:00 UTC to 240 7:00 UTC is lost.

For ONS1 the daily files for 240 and 241 were delayed but have now been submitted.
