RE: [IGSSTATION-8663]

The power issues we experienced at the Pietown VLBA site resulted in the loss of contact with the station. Consequently, we were unable to execute our initial plan of reverting the receiver to internal/steered VCO mode. Therefore, we experienced a data gap from August 22, 2023, 12:30 UTC to August 28, 2023, 20:15 UTC. The station is back online on H-MASER. Updated sitelog with the event will be submitted to IGS SLM soon.

We regret any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Power issues at the Pietown VLBA site have been affecting station PIE1 causing periodic outages. The receiver lost tracking on 2023-08-21 16:53:54 UTC due to the H-Maser external reference going offline. The receiver will be reverted to internal/steered VCO until further notice. An updated sitelog is forthcoming.
