[IGSSTATION-8661] HUEG00DEU: Decommissioning after 10th of September

Dear colleagues,

in 2020 the station BRMG00DEU was put into service to replace the station HUEG00DEU in future. After three years of parallel operation the station HUEG00DEU will be decommissioned after the 10th of September 2023.
