[IGSSTATION-8506] CHUR00CAN: Power Outage

Dear Colleagues,

Damage to the local power poles near the CHUR00CAN station has caused the station to go offline.  This will be a prolonged power outage while damage to the power infrastructure is repaired.  We are working on having the station power and communications restored as quickly as possible.
