[IGSSTATION-8446] RINEX V3 data are available for some of the WCDA stations

Dear Colleagues,

The 30s daily and hourly, and 1s high-rate RINEX V3 files for the following stations in the Western Canada Deformation Array (WCDA) are available at CDDIS since Mar. 4, 2022.

BAMF, BCOV, CHWK, CLRS, ELIZ, GLDR, HOLB, MRIB,
NANO, NTKA, PGC5, PTAL, PTRF, QUAD, SC04, SHPB,
TAHB, TFNO, UCLU, WILL, WOSB, WSLB

Select stations' RINEX V3 files are also available at IGN and SOPAC.
