[IGSSTATION-8445] Updated RINEX V2 files for select stations in the WCDA network are sent to CDDIS/IGN/SOPAC

Hello there,

The RINEX V2 files of the following stations are updated and resent to the CDDIS, IGN, and SOPAC servers:

BAMF, BCOV, BPEB, CHWK, CLRS, ELIZ, GLDR, HOLB, NANO, NTKA, PGC5, PTAL, PTRF, QUAD, TFNO, UCLU, and WILL

The updated RINEX files are for the daily, hourly and 1s high-rate files from Dec. 28, 2021 to Mar. 4, 2022.  We  apologize if this change will create any inconvenience for you.
