[IGSSTATION-8441] GLPS (Galapagos) station outage

Dear Colleagues,

The Galapagos (GLPS) IGS station continues to remain offline due to tracking problems. We are
working with the involved parties to replace the hardware. IGS will be notified once the station
is back into operation.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the GLPS station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Charles Darwin Foundation, with funding
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission
Directorate.
