[IGSSTATION-8427] BUCU00ROU: corrected firmware ME in Site Log

Dear Colleagues,

we changed the Site Log file for the station
in the section 3.15 with correct ME firmware
of the Leica GR50 4.52/7.711.
The header of the RINEX files sent after
firmware change (30.03.2022) are OK.

An updated site log file was send to EUREF and IGS.
