[IGSSTATION-8410] KOKB, KOKV reference clock switch (20:30UTC)

Dear colleagues,

Please be advised that due to a failure of the primary H-maser at Kokee Park Geophysical Observatory (KPGO), the GNSS receivers providing KOKB and KOKC data to the IGS have been switched to a backup H-maser, so that repairs can be made to the primary. There was little notice, but the resulting outage should be brief (tracking has already resumed), and there will likely be a time offset introduced.

The switch took place at approximately 20:30 UTC, March 9, 2022.
