[IGSSTATION-8401] HERS: Receiver failed

Dear Colleagues,

Our Septentrio polarx5tr receiver appears to have failed over the weekend, I'm unable to connect to it at all and the usual array of front panel lights are fixed rather than flickering. I'll now contact Septentrio for support and we hope to be able to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
