[IGSSTATION-8329] OUS200NZL: Tracking issues

Dear colleagues,

We encounter severe tracking issues with our IGS station OUS2 in Dunedin, New Zealand.

We will switch off the data provision (RINEX, RT) until we are able to identify the problem.
