[IGSSTATION-8328] New IGS Station: MSSA00JPN

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the addition of the following station to the IGS Network:

MSSA00JPN RINEX3 data is available from IGN and CDDIS.

This new station is also providing real-time data to the BKG caster.  It is anticipated that UCAR and CDDIS will provide real time data as well sometime in the near future.  We appreciate Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) for providing the data.
