[IGSSTATION-8228] DYNG00GRC : firmware upgrade

DYNG00GRC station was unavailable from 2020-12-10 08:30 UT to 2021-05-14 15:15 UTC following a network problem which required a change of ISP. Data are lost between 2020-12-10 08:30 UT and 2021-02-01 00:00 UTC. The other data have been released.
